What we collect

When you request an itinerary, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• Your name, email address, phone number and country of residence
• Your trip preferences: what you'd like to see, when you want to travel, number of travellers, trip length, budget and accommodation style, plus any message you add

We also record basic technical information such as the page you came from and advertising campaign details (for example UTM tags or a Google/Meta click ID) so we know which adverts are useful.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your tailor-made safari itinerary and quote
• To contact you about your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp
• To measure and improve our advertising

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business (for example our customer management and email systems) and, if you book, with the lodges and partners needed to deliver your trip.

How long we keep it
